Leng Tshua was born and raised in the Republic of Singapore and started playing the piano at the tender age of two. A full scholarship from Arizona State University enabled Leng to immigrate to the United States in the 80's while completing his piano study with famed Brazilian pianist Caio Pagano. Leng returned to Southeast Asia after graduation and spent the nest two years concertizing and teaching before settling down in Seattle, Washington.

During the next ten years Leng was actively involved in the Music and Arts communities in the Puget Sound area. While Leng was appointed as general manager for Sherman Clay he devoted his time and energy in volunteering as well as patron of the Arts.

Leng was vice President of the Bellevue Philharmonic from 1999- 2004, as vice President of PAFE(Performing Arts Festival Eastside)from 1999-2001, currently on the advisory board of International Ballet( Kirkland), co-founded Puget Sound Steinway Society, co-founded Eastside Jazz, and was music program chair for the Bellevue Rotary Club from 1999-2004. In 2004 Leng was appointed as President of Steinway Piano Gallery in Tucson, Arizona. Leng currently commutes between Seattle and Tucson.
